Refund Policy

Tooth Truth provides digital consultation services, including first-opinion and second-opinion dental consultation reports prepared by licensed dentists.

Because these services involve professional time, clinical judgment, and the delivery of digital healthcare information, refund eligibility is limited as described below.

By purchasing a consultation report through the Tooth Truth platform, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

When a patient elects to access their consultation report without scheduling treatment with the diagnosing dentist, a one-time consultation fee is charged.

This fee grants immediate digital access to the dentist’s professional evaluation, findings, and recommendations.

All consultation report purchases are final once the report has been:

• Viewed,
• Downloaded,
• Accessed digitally, or
• Delivered to the patient through the platform.

Because the report constitutes a completed professional service and contains personalized clinical analysis, no refunds will be issued once access has been granted.

This includes situations where:

• The patient disagrees with the opinion provided,
• The patient chooses not to proceed with treatment,
• The patient seeks additional opinions elsewhere.

A refund may be considered only if:

• Payment was successfully processed, and
• The consultation report has NOT been viewed, accessed, or downloaded, and
• A written request is submitted within 24 hours of payment.

Tooth Truth reserves the right to verify access logs before approving any refund.

If a verified technical issue prevents access to a purchased report, Tooth Truth will:

• Restore access, OR
• Reissue report delivery,

but will not issue a refund once the report has been successfully delivered and made accessible.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate account suspension,
• Restriction from future platform access,
• Recovery efforts for professional service fees already rendered.

Tooth Truth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or deny refund requests in exceptional circumstances.
